To contact us, please email puppy@pugpuppyforsale.net OR CALL 503-299-4771. BUT BEFORE YOU CALL OR EMAIL. Read our Kennel rules and FAQ page. It will save you and I lots of time on the phone. Also, DO NOT ASK TO VISIT the very young puppies. We can help you choose your puppy via looks and personality. Young puppies are extremely fragile and suseptible to disease that is transmitted by human hands, feet and other animals. We only allow visits to the puppies upon pickup. We have never had anyone not love their puppy that was specially chosen with them in mind. No visitors to our kennels due to biosecurity reasons. We also breed specialty pigeons, chickens, and prize winning goats so must be extremely careful due to the potential for disease transmission into our clean farm. We do request, that if you like the looks of a puppy, you tell me about your lifestyle. What are you specifically wanting to do or where are you wanting to go with your dog? I need to know if you require a quieter dog, a more energetic dog, a shy or outgoing dog. Is it going to be around kids or adults only? How long will it be alone each day? Etc. This will allow me to screen the pups to see who is going to fit you best. If you pick one on looks and it isn't developing the characteristics that will fit your family, I will certainly let you know and we will make adjustments accordingly! I have happy customers with many repeat buyers!

Updated 4/3/09 Check out the new pics! I have an adult breeding pair and two litters of pups born 2/23/09.

This is Pugsley! He is a proven sire 4-5 years of age. AKC registry. I acquired him through an estate and already have too many male adult dogs, so he is for sale. He is very sweet, lived in a home and is house broken, although here he lives in luxury in a heated, air conditioned inside kennel with a large covered outside run. (We have eagles and coyotes which like to munch on small dogs!)

He is $250.00

I'm Boxcar boy 2. I like to play and snoop into stuff. But really, I do love to watch TV.
Im Shane Boy 1. I'm outgoing and gregarious. I like to snoop into stuff and generally polk around and get myself into trouble! I'm lots of FUN!

I'm Peanut, a sweet little loving girl who is outgoing and silly!

I'm Sneezy! Yep, I have very narrow nose openings as you can see in the picture. When I am neutered (I am a boy) I will need to have those opened up a bit. It is a super easy operation and can be done while I'm under with the neutering surgery.
I'm only $250.00.

We can ship the puppies by air, Buyer pays shipping costs, veterinary well health check prior to shipping, and shipping crate costs.
SOMETHING I HEAR ALL THE TIME...AND MY RESPONSE!
I would like to have a pug, but our family wanted to purchase a boy and girl, not related, and breed them once . . is that not acceptable? I have 4 siblings and a husband, and much extended family, we wouldn't be selling the pugs to our family, just giving them to them, and keeping the dogs in the family.

FYI...pugs don't always do their thing as other dogs do. Meaning, if you raise them together, they may not mate. Also, female pugs cannot give birth alone, if you aren't there when they have the puppies, the puppies will die as the mothers (with no noses) cannot take the sack off the pups and they die of suffocation. Pug puppies are not very vigorous when born, so often cannot find the teats on their own, meaning that you have to plug them onto the spigot every two hours round the clock for about the first 48 hours. Moms are notorious for sitting on and squishing their puppies up the the age of about a week old. You would be so resentful of having to give those puppies (if there are more than one born) away, that you would just burst, after all the work you would have put into them. They aren't careful not to step into their own poop, the pups get it all over each other, you must bathe them all the time, Some mothers refuse to diaper their kids by licking their bottoms and if they don't...then you have to do it with a soft damp cloth (round the clock again) or the puppies will die. Moms also always get diarrhea from diapering their pups. It isn't something that they can control and it will squirt all over the place so you cannot leave your mother dog out in the house, she will have to be enclosed somewhere with her pups to protect your belongings.

You will be changing the paper that the puppies are on at least 6 times a day to keep them clean and you will not be able to potty train that many puppies at one time. Pugs also have a lot of problems with pneumonia when weaning as their teeth are coming in and it gives them snotty noses, if any of mom's milk gets into their nasal passages, then infection sets in and turns to pneumonia overnite. A vet visit, antibiotics then, a vaporizor and prayer or they will die.

If you still want to breed after hearing the bare, hard facts of pug raising..then getting two and breeding would be fine. BUT once you breed the male...he will ALWAYS mark his territory in YOUR HOME. It is hardwired into his brain. He is a INTACT MALE and must advertise that fact. Boys should always be neutered prior to 6 months of age to avoid problems!

These are the things that we pug breeders face. We get hardly any sleep, :( we deal with a lot of "CRAP", literally!) and then people want to talk us down on the price! Go figure!
